Hey Guys! So school has started back up for a lot of us and if you happen to go to a school with no uniform, then picking out an outfit can sometimes be the biggest struggle.Because of this,I put together a bunch of items that you might happen to have in your closet,or don’t already, that can help you get by this year! So one of the main items I’ve been wearing a lot are dresses. This is one of the easiest items you can throw on especially if you’re in the kinda mood where you wanna look super cute. You can pair your dress with some distressed boots,or some printed mary janes( check them out at urban hint hint 2 for 24 $) I’m also diggin printed dresses!! You can find some at topshop! Next are some high waisted jean shorts and a cool top. With high waisted shorts, you can dress them up or down. I’ve seen a lot of t-shirts tied in a knot, and then just some fitted cropped tops/tanks (which i know has been the most popular outfit worn but u can still make it look unique). One of the past days of school,i wore a fitted black and white stripped cropped long sleeve top,and some shorts and mary janes and it was the easiest/cutest look i’ve worn thus far in my opinion! This outfit is super easy to throw together and depending on what accessories you add,you can go for a casual or semi-chic look.Another item I’m officially obsessed with is an overall dress with a mid arm length or long sleeve length cropped top. I got mine from urban outfitters and it has some distress marks all around it which make it look unique as frick. You can easily go to a thrift store and find some and add your unique twist to them (whether that be distressing, bleaching,or studding!) Lastly we have some skirts and sweaters! For me,Florida never gets cold!! And August has been killing me slowly with all the heat. So,as far as sweaters go,I cant wear any of them yet,but for anyone who lives somewhere where you can wear a sweater,go for it girl! I personally love a nice knit sweater and some blue/black jeans! You can also pair a cropped sweater with a circle skirt!
*bonus* if you’re not so sure about bringing a jacket to school, grab a light long sleeve shirt or a flannel, and tie it around your waste (Super cool, super rad,u will get some compliments, probably ride off in the distance with alex turner while ur tied long sleeve is flowing in the wind)
dont forget to look out for shoe must haves for school!!! until then my amigas, have an amazing week!!!!
